TSSA Post Tournament Report-
Per Policy 17- All tournament are required to submit a Post Tournament Report to the TSSA Staff, within 15 days following the event.
(This tournament cannot be approved for coming years without
this Follow-Up report and the supporting USSF Referee Reports.)
**Note: Any incidents of ejections in a final game, when suspensions
cannot be completed during the duration of the tournament, or any incidents of
referee abuse or referee assault, or other incidents of a serious nature,
should be reported to TN Soccer and State Referee Administrator(SRA) immediately but no later than
twenty-four (24) hours after the conclusion of the game.
Please have the Referee Assignor have completed a
United States Soccer Federation Referee Report for each and every issued red
and yellow card, injuries to players, and details of any other matters
involving the improper or unsporting conduct of a team, its players, coaches and
supporters. All reports are sent
directly by the Referee Assignor to the State Referee Administrator
(SRA) within 48 hours of the end of the tournament.
