Online Sanctioned Tournaments Application

Welcome to Tennessee State Soccer Association Tournament Application and Hosting approval. This on-line application is the process used for an affiliated league to apply for Hosting a Tennessee State Soccer Association Tournament.
- Once you complete the online application, the program will automatically generate an email requesting approval.
- When your event has been approved it will automatically post to the TSSA Tournament Calendar.

TOURNAMENT FEES DUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION and BEFORE APPROVAL:
Indoor: $200
Outdoor: $500
LATE FEES:
Indoor: $200 + Tournament Fee
Outdoor: $500 + Tournament Fee

CURRENT SEASON REGISTRATIONS (2025-26) OPEN Until February 1, 2025
Application window will be open December 1, 2024 to February 1, 2025 for the next seasonal year's tournaments that will be held August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026.

ANY applications submitted outside this window will be accepted on a one by one basis based on open dates and will be charged a LATE FEE listed above.

DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR STATE CUP or TSSA AGM weekends, they will not be approved as ref coverage will not be available.
