This session will be dedicated to shaking off the summer cobwebs and getting players back in form as well as back in shape before this coming fall season starts! Get the most of out this coming season by being warmed up and ready before it really gets going. During this session, we will focus on: stamina and speed conditioning with the ball, how to be physical with larger players, shooting, and quick passing.
This will be for players between the ages of 12-18 and will cost $50. Sessions will be held on Mondays and Fridays on July 17th, 21st, 24th, and 28th from 5-630pm. The session will be coached by UCUSC Director of Academy Chris Hillebrand.
